Mark is an amazing host. The site has everything from an extra tent, benches, firewood, private restroom and plenty of space around to play or accommodate more people, if needed.

Great location and set-up, will probably book again next year. Would caution in advance the road to the site is a bit rugged, so don't expect perfectly paved roads, but that added to the enjoyment for me.

We had such an amazing time at Hummingbird Haven - peaceful, and deep in the woods next to a meadow clearing. Everything was set up great, we had a lot of firewood for our campfires, and Mark was great.

It was an amazing place to relax. A little tricky getting there if you dont have AWD but other than that it was a very peaceful place to spend the weekend. Totally recommend it for anyone trying to unplug for a while.

Gorgeous spot, incredible for seeing the Perseids with a perfect sun-warmed rock in the middle of the field to stargaze on. Loved our stay. Everything was clean, well kept and as-advertised. Only exception is the bed, which says queen but was definitely a full. That didn't cause any issues for us, but just FYI. We paid the extra $15 for firewood and it was top notch, very dry and waiting at the campsite right by the firepit. We has starter sticks but throwing in some kindling (or a note to bring your own!) would probably be appreciated by the city folk. The road up is definitely a little gnarly and I wouldn't attempt it without AWD.
