“The canopy of trees over the site was beautiful. We did not go into town, but the proximity of it was nice incase of emergencies. Host left a basket of essentials which made the stay very easy.”
“Overall we had a great trip. Unfortunately we had a snafu with the wood that the campkeepers provided- it was wet and there wasn't enough to have a fire-pit dinner as well as a wood stove fire in the tent. Needless to say, we endured a very chilly night! I might recommend bringing your own wood that you can be sure is dry. Beautiful site though and we enjoyed a hike on the Appalachian Trail. Will return for sure!”

“Great location, close to NYC at about 1 hour. Spot is very secluded, but close to the road in case you need to get anything. Campkeepers are friendly, but not intrusive at all. The wood road leading to the site is a bit tricky if wet, better to have a suv or awd in that case. Otherwise very good, highly recommend.”

The site is deep enough in the woods that you won't see or hear anything but the beauty of nature, but close enough to the road that you can run out and get supplies if necessary. We would highly recommend staying here!”
