“Phenomenal location - went here at the end of October and it was gorgeous. We were worried the tent might not stand up to the rain but it was perfect. The bed was nice and warm (the best night’s sleep I’ve gotten “camping” for sure), the wood stove made everything super cozy and kept the whole tent toasty until the morning. This site is huge and would be great for a big family or a group of friends. Ben and Cathy are lovely and thoughtful hosts. Definitely plan on coming back as soon as we can!”
“What a great trip this was! The Fido site was perfect for our two dogs. So much space to play and to be off leash on site was great! It was so neat walking the abandoned zoo that so many of us went to as children. Cathy and Jackie were great! Would highly recommend! And the Inn was awesome, definitely plan on another trip to spend a night at the Inn.”
“My family and I had a wonderful time at Fido’s vineyard! We’re from Brooklyn and just getting to spend time in nature is a treat. At the Old Game Farm Ben and Cathy take the experience a step further. The tent is upgraded with a comfortable mattress and a wood stove. The abandoned zoo is really cool to explore. And the inn is eclectic with old signage and repurposed antiques. The inn’s lobby has a kitchen and bathroom that is made available to campers. Nearby there are great hikes and an authentic German restaurant. Can’t wait to return!”
