“I am very, very disapointed in my New mexico Chilie Pods. Having grown up as native New mexican, my mother made the best chile and totillas, amazing Sopa Bread Pudding from the 3 hump brad of Isletsa Indians. Every winter, my father would have a Mantanza for family and friends, hundreds attended the annual event just for my mothers red and green chile. My sisters still make the same red and green chile, noweher near what is made these days. The money I spend for the Red Chile Pods from The Hatch Chile Store was a waste, old Chile. Don't know if because they sent it to Texas thinking that Texans might not know the diffrence, that was the wrong thing to do. The Chile Pods i recived ahd to be 3-years old!”

“We love our dried Hatch red Chile pods medium as they are perfect for making our homemade Carne Adovada. The flavor takes us right back to our New Mexico roots and brings back memories of eating at our favorite restaurants in Chimayo, Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Sadly, the Mexican restaurants in the Pacific Northwest just can't compare so we make our own NM dishes in our kitchen. Thanks to The Hatch Chile Store, we can bring delicious NM meals to our table!”

“After I ordered the red chile pods they were delivered when expected. Living in the TX Hill Country, but coming from NM, we can not find any restaurants that use red chile sauce so I make my own for use in our Mexican food. I have ordered before and I am very pleased with the product I received.”
