“We have been ordering Hatch Chile for years. The Big Jim/Medium Hot is perfect for our family. There is NOTHING like the Chile from Hatch. At one time, I ordered 40 or 50 pounds a year to supply my whole family. Now that they are all gone, they order their own and they all order from Hatch. I get mine roasted, peeled and diced since there is only my husband and myself. It's great to get it delivered to our front door, ready to go. I can't imagine life without Green Chile.”

“This was a birthday gift for son and daughter-in-law, they were so excited to get this package. We are originally from Az and always looked forward to Chile season and the aroma of chilies roasting in the parking lots of grocery stores. This summer we were lamenting that we couldn’t even get canned Hatch chilies anymore. Then I found this site...won’t be the last order for sure.”

“We ordered 25 pounds and it was perfect. Just as advertised, not as hot as normal which is why I ordered the medium hot. I wanted medium, good strong flavor and some spice but not too much. The Chile is just as ordered. Thank you!!”

“Packaged neatly in handy dinner serving sizes. Made excellent chiles rellenos; tender but firm texture, full of wonderful flavor and aroma. I will order them again.”

“Even though the weather was extremely hot the chiles arrived in perfect condition. After moving from the SW this was the perfect way to get my Green Chile fix.”

“Awesome! Have ordered from them for many years and this year may be the best ever? They quit dicing the chili and started doing more of a chop which provides for bigger pieces which is especially good for soups, stews, pozole, and burgers. This year's Big Jim are really a nice flavor and really meaty. Great experience as always. Thank you!”
