“As expected, the chiles arrived still frozen, so I transferred them to my freezer. I easily remove the number of chiles I want to use and have added them to scrambled eggs, soups and chicken chili. I'm looking forward to many more yummy dishes in my future.”

“Ordered chile already roasted and peeled, which saves a lot of time and aggravation doing it yourself with fresh peppers; it is worth the extra cost. These Big Jim whole chilies are excellent for rellenos, but it’s also easy to chop them up for a more traditional sauce or stew. The flavor is excellent. The heat for this batch seems to tend more towards the medium vs medium hot, but I think I’m the only one in my household, or among my friends, desiring more heat.”

“Nice and spicy but not blow-the-top-of-your-head hot. My husband went to college in Socorro and was introduced to green chile cheeseburgers there. We love the frozen chopped chilies for making green chile cheeseburgers and on grilled chicken sandwiches. Thanks for your great products!”

“Heat level as Med-Hot was spot on. This particular batch was extra "hatch-y" - the smokey savory flavor really shined through. Maybe I'm just too accustomed to canned chiles - which use a lot of lime as a preservative. This batch literally couldn't have been more amazing. Thank you!”
