“I got the whole "Big Jim" Chiles. They arrived in great shape and are really tasty! One problem; They were overroasted and not substantial enough to make traditional individual chile rellanos. I have to use them to make chile rellano casserole or chop them for other uses!”

“Ordered 5 lbs of frozen whole chiles a couple of weeks ago. They were delivered nice and frozen within a couple of days. The chilies were in good shape and very tasty in some enchiladas the next day. Thanks and we look forward to enjoying them while they last.”

“There is nothing like chile from New Mexico! Having been born in New Mexico and now living in California, getting fresh chile has presented problems. I have resorted to flying to New Mexico during green chile season and flying it back or ordering it and picking it up wherever I could in California. Once I found out you deliver roasted and peeled green chile to our door, I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Your subscription, where we get an order delivered every month, is the best. I no longer need to keep just one freezer for chile. The quality is excellent and the value for not having to find, roast, peel and chop it is a life saver. I'll say it again, there is nothing that compares to green chile from New Mexico. I will never stop my subscription. Thank you and Merry Christmas to you all.”

“Chili is roasted perfectly so that there is very little waste when peeling. Favor is delicious, but the medium-hot has very little heat. If you like more heat, I would suggest ordering the Hot. Value is good and chili really has good taste.”
