“Hatch New Mexico Chile is the best! Most flavorful with just enough burn to get the endorphins going! I used the Chile relleno recipe on this site and was very happy with the results. Smothered them with hatch red chile and sides of beans and Spanish rice. YUM!”

“On time, perfectly roasted! My Med Hots and Hots were so dang good!! We lived in ABQ for three years and are now in South Carolina, but there is nothing that compares with the smell and taste of Hatch's roasted just right! Thank you for a taste of NM....just excellent!!”

“Only my 1st shipment and it is a gift to my parents who LOVE green chile; they used to live here but settled where we're from. They told me their chiles arrived and they are enjoying them mightiily.
