“I have had relatives in NM since 59, and have regularly visited. I LOVE NM food, and the ability to have Hatch Chile sent to Ga is fantastic! I received the Chile in great shape and am enjoying it thoroughly! Great service only surpassed by one of the signature tastes of perhaps the nation's best cuisines! Thank you!”

“The flavor was excellent, but I was surprised at how mild the medium-hot was this year. I've had medium hot from y'all before and it was more on the hot side. This was very, very mild. Flavor was still good, as I said. I just miss my hot green chile since I live out of state now. Thank you.”

Hi Lee, all our chile is running milder than usual due to the very, very wet summer we had here in Southern NM.

“Excellent! The heat was a mix of mild and medium, the packaging was fantastic and easy to manage, with being separated into 1 lb each. Great turnaround time from ordering to delivery! Even across the country I still had ice and chile was still frozen! Will be a repeat customer!!!”
