“I love the taste of your mild, Hatch Chiles but both times that I have ordered, I was sent the following: -Order #1 (3) mild but received (2) mild and (1) hot -Order #2 (2) mild but received (1) mild and (1) medium While I understand most orders probably ask for the mild, I assume this is one way of controlling your inventory, knowing that I do not have the means to ship the wrong orders back while keeping them frozen. I'll be honest in that it has caused me to re-think ordering in the future.”
