“Product was shipped without issue. Nicely packed in the dry ice keeping things frozen. Love the sturdy zip lock style bags . All chilies were whole, flesh held up to removing the seeds. Overall great product!”

“I ordered the mild but it is too hot. I lived 57 years in Colorado, eating Hatch and Pueblo green chili and never had it this hot. And it was not very “meaty”. Very disappointing! I will never order it again.”

“Chiles arrived still frozen perfect. The chiles were hole perfectly roasted and cleaned. Above all they were indeed Mild and my wife could eat them even though she cannot stand hot things! Excellant prodect.”

“All Hatch Chilis are great, there is a lot of flavor in all your chillies, there is a distinct flavor only chillies from Hatch have. So when I run low, I go to the Hatch store, every time.”
