“We absolutely love this Hatch Chile! It’s great to be able to bring a little bit of our New Mexico roots all the way out here to Pennsylvania. The flavor, heat, and overall quality are right on point, and it’s exactly what we were hoping for. The only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is the price. At around $20 per pound, plus shipping, it gets pretty expensive. While we really enjoy the product, that price point will definitely make us think twice before placing another order. Great chile and great quality — just a little tough to justify at the current price.”

“Very disappointed… the chili is under cooked. I am have to steam cook or roast in order to consume it without combining it with another dish that requires cooking. In the future , I will roast it myself.”

“My first shipment wasn't even cold let alone frozen when it arrived. I contacted the company right away on their customer service email with photos. Representative was responsive quickly, and very professional and courteous. Another shipment was sent right away at no cost to me. Amazing customer service and delicious product. Highly recommend this company and it's frozen chopped chiles.”

“I lived in the southwest U.S. for 20 years and during my time in the region I immediately fell in love with pork green chile stew. I moved back to the midwest a couple of years ago and well these fine folks don't know jack about Hatch chiles. Being able to order them from your farm and make my own green chile stew at home has been fantastic! You all bring the flavor!!”
