“We live in Hawaii now so I've never missed any food more than green chili. We ate green chili almost daily in Colorado. Hatch was a short drive down the road. When I got my order of Tamales and chopped green chili I couldn't wait to make something yummy with it. I ate the whole order of Tamales in two days, so fabulous I couldn't stop myself. I made Pork Green Chili with Pinto beans, cheddar cheese, onions, tomatoes and lettuce. I nearly cried from the memories I was tasting. It's so good that you can't compare it with anything else. I guess you'd call it MY addiction. Thanks Guys, can't hardly wait for my next order.”
