“I have been ordering Hatch chily for years. My family has been eating hatch chily forever. I use to order the pods, roast them, clean them then freeze the chily. Was a lot of work. Then I got lazy and started ordering Roasted hatch frozen chily . They come in hot ice and the taste of the chily is the same without all the work. Wondering why I didn't do this years ago. Thank you hatch chily for your great chily and the roasted chopped chily. Also a note, I have tried other chily that says hatch valley chily. Definitely not the same!!”

“I ordered 15 lbs of HOT hatch chili on myl last order and received 15 lbs of ZERO on the heat scale hatch.. was told sorry for not sending the hot whole frozen must have rained better luck next time.. SO I SAID THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME... After my previous 4 orders of HOT CAME AS ORDERED HOT FROZEN WHOLE... I Paid $180 for Zero heat after ordering the HOT..... ????”

“I found that the whole chilies are roasted such that the skins are removed easily but they seem to be undercooked. I have roasted my own chilies for 50 years and found that the temp of the chilie flesh has to be raised such the chilies are partially cooked. I have bought roasted chilies from steet roasters where the skins are blistered but the flesh is not partically cooked and in making rellenos there is not enough addtional cooking temp and time so the chile is tough. This seems to be your problem also.”
