“I am from NM and always looking for places that sell authentic Hatch. I found this place and have used them several times. I have eaten NM Chile all my life, and sometimes the chile tastes different. I'm not sure, but it is different...Like the Big Jim is even smaller like Mexican chile, but they said it was Hatch. Also, like maybe it is how it is processed which I'm not really clear on. But I keep coming back. Usually they are pretty quick and a reasonable price, this last time they didn't have the boxes, but it was fine. I would recommend if your looking for some chile, this place is pretty good. The best is just bring it with you on the plane in a cooler back pack or 2!”

“Packing was done right the chiles are very good and uniform. My only concern was hoping medium would have a little heat but these don’t so do I have to order HOT to get some heat. Other than that very good thank you”
