“The product arrived still frozen and my wife divided the packages up so we could have more for later. They were good stuffed, and great in her green chili and our friends down here were confused as they only thought chili was a meat dish. Unfortunately my wife passed away on June 14th this year and I won't be getting anymore product as she was also my cook.”

“With my mother being from Albuquerque NM, I grew up on this chile. She roasted it every year by the gunny sacks and froze it for consumption throughout the year. I found Hatch and have been ordering the HOT in 10lb increments of the already roasted and frozen, as mom is now 88 and doesn't do the roasting anymore. I recently ordered another batch but was sent MILD. I NEVER order mild therefore I emailed Angel who said I ordered mild. I didn't! I'll be ordering from another source from now on.”
