“These Barker pods were FIRST CLASS. They were very tasty and also very clean as packed. My wife grew up, as a child, in Arrey (near your packing facility - maiden name of Enriquez) and her family raised red chile during her childhood. She was wall-to-wall smiles when she made her usual stack of "stacked" enchiladas as she said that this taste brought back her childhood. We are sold on your product. Thank you.”

“I look forward to the red chilies every year. I give them as gifts and also keep some for myself. Such a unique flavor, makes great tamales and enchilada sauce. I will keep ordering them.”

“The Chile pods showed up in great shape and they are fresh and absolutely delicious. When I made my first batch I used half hot pods and half medium so it turned out a little mild but the flavor was really good. I did not see any extra hot on the website but it would be nice to have an option for a spicer chile.”
