“0 stars because I don't know what I actually got. On ordering chiles this year, the first thing I noticed with surprise is that you haven't raised the prices. The second thing I noticed with disappointment is that you have raised the prices. Understandable enough, although doing it by adding two new charges does feel just a bit on the underhanded side. Oh weil, I can live with that. But your website really should explain what the ShipAid thing actually is. Reading the fine print, it says it doesn't guarantee anything. It seems that all it does is provide shipment tracking information to you. But UPS already does that, so what gives?”

Jay, Were so sorry you were unsatisfied with shipaid, it does provide extra insurance for packages for damage and theft. If you wish not to include it, there is an option to remove it from your shopping cart on your next purchase. Hope this helps!
