“The dry ice was completely melted, the frozen product was mostly thawed out, I refrozen the Chili Rellanos and am eating them anyway. The delivery person left the box on my front porch, in the sun, the product was defrosted before and that just added to it.”

Hello Beverly, We are sorry that this happened to you but we have no record of you reaching out. Since you purchased shipaid we would have been able to help with this matter. As for the delivery location, we have no control over where carriers place or handles packages, this is why we offer shipaid insurance.
