“The delivery of my Hatch green was very prompt. It was shipped out on Tuesday and I received it on Wednesday. There was absoultly no damage to the package. On my doorbell camera I saw the delivery person gingerly place the box on my doorstep.”

“ShipAid Delivery, for me, the communication is lacking. It runs behind all updates I receive. I chose to track using both ShipAid & the actual carrier of purchase. It starts out fine, but then activity stops until after actual delivery has been made.”

Lana, An email was sent when the shipping label was printed. Another is sent after we are notified that it has been delivered. I am not sure what else could have done to communicate. Best, Pam
