“No matter how you ship my frozen chiles, it takes a week for me to get them, except for once when they were shipped "overnight" I gor them in three days. UPS has changed and not in a good way around hereUPS always uses your warehouse in New Jersey, then on to Chicage instead of using El Paso which could be a direct trip to here from there.”

“Deliveries need to be made to a persons apt, not a mail room a distance away. The walk trying to carry 10 Lbs is a bit much at this stage.”

Major carriers such as FedEx and UPS are notoriously difficult to work with when things go wrong. Because the vast majority of our shipments are frozen, fresh, and otherwise perishable products, it is virtually impossible to get them to step up and take responsibility for shipping issues.
