“We used to live in New Mexico, and purchased fresh roasted Hatch Green Chile every year. Your jars of roasted chile are the closest we’ve found to the fresh roasted, and is much easier for us to store than your fresh frozen green chilies (which are very good too, just like the ones we would freeze in New Mexico, however they are more difficult for us to store). We love your Green Chilies in the jar, and always keep several on hand. They’re delicious in many different dishes we prepare, not just Mexican food.”

“For decades I have been ordering from a different company. They used styrofoam peanuts (a lot of them) in every shipment. Looking for a different place to get my Hatch fix, I found the Hatch Chile store. The best chile ever!! It comes in packing material that I can put in my compost can. You see I moved to California, but you can't take the New Mexico out of the girl. Grateful!!”

“I recently ordered some canned peppers in glass jars. When I received the boxes, all of the corners were mashed in like the box was handled roughly. I'm staring at the box wondering why it is not leaking pepper juice, I thought there had to be damage to at least 1 jar. When I opened the box, I saw the reason the jars were not damaged - they were individually packaged in custom made shipping containers. I made some chile verde and was very impressed with the peppers. So, between the quality of the shipping and the peppers, I immediately ordered some of their sauces, which I plan to try this weekend - Kent”
