The frozen chopped green chiles are great to put into soup or stew. Very convenient to add pop and southwestern flavor to any dish. I would like a little finer dice for omelets, however. But it simple to spread them on a cutting board and chop them with a chef’s knife. They always bring back memories of my many visits to New Mexico, especially when paired with Maria’s Santa Fe margaritas made with lemon juice.

I make the best homemade salsa ever. I use your roasted chiles which gives it an extra kick!

I love it. Last time I ordered all you had left was red. The red is good but the green is better. I do think though that if I get more I will order half medium and half hot. I tried something new and made some dip/spread with cream cheese onion and garlic powder salt and a little dill. It was wonderful on celery, spread on a warm flour tortilla, and I ate the last of it on some beef taquitos I had. I don't think that the 10 pounds are going to last me very long. Thank you.

We grew up close to Hatch in T. or C. eating their products on most everything. We live in Kansas City now so we order the chopped green multiple times a year and sometimes the red bag. Nothing compares to the taste of Hatch and they do a great job of packaging so your order arrives still frozen.

No heat. Box fell apart in shipping but chile was fine. Should have ordered hot. I think 2022 was just a bad year for chile. None of what I have eaten was hot. From here or anywhere else. Sadies in Albuquerque Always have hot chile but not this year.

Hey David, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your order. Have you roasted and peeled the chile already? Are you de-veining them or something along the lines of that? All of the pod's heat will be in the vein (the fleshy structure that runs up the pod's side), and this should never be removed. Unfortunately, many people accidentally remove a large portion of the vein when de-seeding the pod. Hope this helps! -The Hatch Chile Store

Im really bummed out because something happened to my order. I've been waiting since the 26 is when I ordered and I still haven't received it. I contacted customer service and finally got a call back and they told me they were sorry for the inconvenience and we're going to ship out another order. I'm still waiting!

The chili whe defrosted is watery and dilutes the flavor of the chili. While I do enjoy it....I much prefer the fresh chilis to the chopped frozen.
