“When you consider how much a little can of flavorless chopped green chile at the grocery store is, this seems like a no-brainer. This chile is flavorful with just the right amount of heat. It's the next best thing to roast your own, but then you don't have to peel, deseed, and chop it! (And then rub your eyes an hour later just for a little misery). I am sold.”

“I got the red and green 575 for my husband's stocking and he loves them. He wants to use it, but wonders if things are "not worthy" so I'm buying more so he can feel he can use it whenever he wants. He loves making things "Christmas." He's usually a hot guy, but says this medium has great flavor.”
