“This was the second time ordering from this company, as the first order was great, and I had a craving for hatch green chile again, it is hard to come by in the midwest where I live. The second order was not what I was expecting. So the website would only let you choose chopped, which is fine, but when it arrived it still had so much skin in it, it was hardly worth picking through it to get all of the skin out! Very disappointed! Will not be ordering again.”
