“It is a clever idea, but I have to say the flavor is not there in the freeze dried batch. I love the quality of the regularly frozen, whole chiles and only wish they came chopped like the freeze dried.”

Hey, Jerry! We are sorry to hear you weren't impressed with the flavor of the freeze-dried chile. They are new products and we are still working to refine the process to best capture flavor and quality. Thanks for the feedback! I am happy to inform you that we do sell chopped frozen, roasted chile, though!
