“As a displaced person who grew up in New Mexico, I miss the Chili. I bought a jar as it sounded interesting and we are not disappointed. Like my wife said, it has the right amount of zing. Have had it on burgers, green Chili cheese of course, and fries and enjoyed every bit of the hatchup.”

“This is a very tasty and delicious ketchup - with robust tomato flavor, but also with the Hatch Chile 'kick'. It's not overly spicy - just enough to make it a great addition to any table. I recently used it as a garnish for some crab cakes - delicious!”

“We absolutely LOVED this Hatchup! I used it in an Instant Pot Chicken recipe (substituted Hatchup for Ketchup and Red Chile Flakes) and it was outstanding! We'll be ordering this again very soon!”
