“Hatch Chile always come fresh and delicious. Being a NM native and far away from the chile fields now living in OR, ordering directly from Hatch and still having that warm flavor from home is a godsend! We love using this red chile in our posole, tamales, carne adovada, etc. Thank you for having such delicious products! :)”

“i went to school at UNM and since moving it is impossible to find NM cuisine. This Red allowed me instantly to have Huevos Rancheros, and then had enchalads. Both were awesme highly recommend this if you get the need for Red Chile and you dont have your onw sun dried.”
