“Delicious! The products here are of great quality. The sauces and chili are delicious and bursting with flavor. We have been ordering here for the last 3-4 years and happy we found this place. This Red Chili is excellent on potatoes, eggs, meat, plant based meals, mac 'n cheese, pretty much everything! Everything is packed and shipped with care and delivered timely.”

“I am displaced from Albuquerque and I usually had NM friends send me dried red chilies every harvest. I became disabled recently and can no longer stand to process the dry pods into sauce for the food I miss so much since moving to Texas. Oh my goodness, I haven't found any place here that even knows what red chili sauce is! A sopapilla is only served for desert! Oh THANK YOU for my recently received order, arriving on time and beautifully packed against breakage! I popped open a jar and went at that wonderful red sauce with a spoon! Yummy yummy. Thanks and I'm sorry I wasted so much time before ordering from HATCH. Unaccustomed palettes should begin with Mild, but it's kick doesn't make my eyes water. It's heaven sent!”
