“Excellent! My shipment arrived with no problems. The chili was fresh and only had a couple of sad ones. I immediately roasted the entire 25lbs and have been eating them daily. I am addicted! I grew up in New Mexico, close to Garfield, and nothing compares to Hatch Green Chili.”

“The chile I received has a great a great flavor which is expected from Hatch Green Chile. My only complaint is these were not as meaty as I'm used to getting. This is the first year I have ordered fresh but I think I will go back and start ordering the already peeled or chopped.”
