“I got Joe Parker's with my Big Jim's. As is the nature of the beast, Joes are smaller and more compact. This order was meatier than that of last year's but that was the result of the difference in weather, I'm sure. The heat and flavor has been what I was hoping for. Between roasting, canning and packaging for the freezer, I made burritos and green chile stew......there are no left overs.... now isn't that a commentary on it's own? Although my Midwestern neighbors were sweating and tearing up, my family and I found the heat and flavor exceptional. A great product and service! Thank you, Janie Ness Missouri”

“Thank you so much Preston and your team! I upped my chili order from 20 pounds to 30 this year, as a replaced New Mexican, who had no access to Hatch Chili other than through your farm and website, I can say EXCELLENT service and product. Had to get a little creative to roast it, but done deal! Thank you so much! Green chili chicken enchiladas are in the oven as I am typing..... My winter with 6 ft. Of snow is bearable now! I recommend you order your chili stash now!”

“Oh my gosh, the smell of roasting the chilies on the bar b q is a smell I almost forgot! We moved here four years ago and how I miss hatch green chilies! I only ordered 5 lbs since I wasn't sure if they would hold up in shipping from New Mexico to southern Florida. They arrived wonderfully. I'm reordering 10 more lbs. I only wish they were a little cheaper. See if any stores here in Florida could carry them, like Winn Dixie or Publixs. Love hatch green chilies!!!!”

“The Hatch chilies were fantastic last year. I intend on buying more this year. Even though I could not roast them right away and they sat in my pantry for 2-3 days, they were perfect!”
