“I love Hatch Chiles and the Hatch Chile Store is my go to place to get them when I can't go to Hatch myself. I've tried other shippers and I've even bought them at the local store and they just don't compare. Not only are the chiles I find in stores here of undetermined strain, but I'm not even sure they are truly Hatch chiles. I just had some last night for dinner! Awesome chiles.”

“I absolutely loved your hatch chili's. I lived in new Mexico, alot as a child and a little as an adult nothing compares to hatch chili's and living in Oregon I had to find a company that would ship them and I was very very happy with the quality, flavor and how ripe they were. I will definitely order again.”
