“I roasted these myself and they were great! It had been a long time since I'd roasted them myself and I definitely will be upgrading to the already roasted and chopped variety when I order this year. SOOOO thankful for online order-I moved from NM to Wisconsin and miss chile the most!”

“The chilies had great flavor and heat. Went through a 10lb box of Joe Parker and a 5 lb box of Sandia hot in less than a year. Won't buy chilies in a can unless it has Hatch on it.”

“These green chiles are fantastic. They are a good size and terrific flavor. They roast well and freeze well. I use them to make green chile with pork and everyone loves it. Can't get chiles like these in FL and they are well worth the price.”
