“I ordered the Lumbre green chili pods. They were delivered fast and fresh. I roasted them under my broiler and froze them the same day. These pods are good and hot. I will order again.”

“We moved out of NM about 4 yrs ago. As New Mexicans we can't live without green chile. Often we mix up our chile orders with several vendors. This year we bought all our chile from, The Hatch Chile Store. All of the boxes of chile were exactly as we ordered. The chile was firm, mostly a dark shade of green, and we had very little spoilage. We like our chile hot and it didn't disappoint! We will continue to use The Hatch Chile Store in the future. Thank you for delivering such consistency.”
