“I misunderstood in the beginning about my order. But the chile was a gift for my dad. We received it a day late, no fault to Fresh Hatch Green Chile. My dad grew up in New Mexico and has trouble finding the heat level he likes. They came through with the heat and product. Thank you”

“Arrived green, firm, and ready for tata's kitchen. I roasted, cleaned the insides, the charred skin should be left on. The flavors will knock your socks off. Invited friends over, put them to work. Still needed guacamole, tortillas, and a pot of frijoles. The chili rellenos were fantastic. Cooked another batch, no left overs. Roasted, vacuum packed and froze those we did not eat.”
