“Arrived green, firm, and ready for tata's kitchen. I roasted, cleaned the insides, the charred skin should be left on. The flavors will knock your socks off. Invited friends over, put them to work. Still needed guacamole, tortillas, and a pot of frijoles. The chili rellenos were fantastic. Cooked another batch, no left overs. Roasted, vacuum packed and froze those we did not eat.”

“By the time I got the peppers they were all too old to eat. They were soggy soft and starting to rot. They were left in a UPS warehouse over the weekend for like three days and they were spoiled by the time I got them so there is no way to make a review. I did get a message from your company saying that you were going to send me a fresh batch but I didn’t get anymore. The old box of peppers is still sitting on my living room floor. I’m getting ready to throw it out today would you like me to take a picture of it and send it to you? I was really looking forward to trying them and I’m very disappointed.”
