“OMG!!!! A little taste of Heaven!!!!! Delivered on time....Fresh..... and ready to roast!!!! COULD NOT ASK for better!!!! Neighbors asking "what is that smell'? Told them it was was the smell of heaven!!! Now they all want some! I have to say NO!!!!!!! Weighting it out on a scale for them, like Gold!!!!!! Very impressed with the outstanding customer service. Will with out a doubt be using this company for as long as they are in business!!! Best no doubt the vert best! having Green Chile Cheese Burgers TONIGHT!!!!! Tomorrow, Green Chile enchiladas!!!!!!!!! Yum!!!!!”

“PRODUCT ARRIVED QUICKLY & IN GOOD SHAPE.DOWN SIDE IS AT LEAST 1/3 OF ORDER WAS IMMATURE CHILE, .SOME OF THE CHILE WAS SO THIN IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME TO ROAST.BIG JIMS ARE KNOWN FOR THEIR SIZE HENCE THE NAME.NO PEPPERS AS SMALL AS I RECEIVED SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHIPPED ANYWHERE”

Edgar, Please send a picture of what you received to admin@hatch-green-chile.com so we can clear this up. The Big Jim we've been shipping is very large averaging over 11 inches in length and has not been immature. Thanks, Preston
