“I haven't used it yet... I actually bought them for christmas gifts.. I bought the Hatch cook book at a local grocery store when I had my chillis roasted... thumbing through the recipes, pecan green chilli brittle caught my eye..... and so I bought a bag.... LOVE IT... so I bought and I am going to make the brittle to give along with the book and green chilli powder... can't wait !! Excited. ...”
