“I have used Hatch Green Chile for I believe 40 years. Nothing equals the awesome taste. I stay with basic enchiladas and burritos. I've never been disappointed. Even when first trying different recipes. Lave their flavor!”

“I need to clarify something about my review. I must admit that the second jar of Hatch green chile was a bit more to my taste. Not as hot as I like it but it was way better than the first jar. I did love this one. I guess the heat is hit and miss, but it is tasty. My first review: I ordered hot and it was not at all. I received an email because of my previous review saying that sometimes the chilies don’t get hot enough but you should point that out to customers. I feel like I just wasted my money.”
