“I had so many problems with this delivery. Due to numerous problems, my order did not arrive when promised (Christmas). This was promised when I ordered and again two weeks later when I questioned the delivery timing. A soggy mess (unedible) was delivered. Hatch Chile apologized and reordered with the assurance of a timely delivery. Wrong again. Second order was received right before New Year's. It took 1 month and numerous emails to get a Christmas gift delivery. This was too much work for me for a simple gift.”

“No Mexican food available on the island of Molokai. Your boxes of tamales, rellenos and chimichangas are the best. We can actually eat quality Mexican food on our isolated little island. Has always come frozen solid in perfect shape. Amazing, Mahalo”
