“This is undoubtedly the best pizza I have ever had.....there is just enough hatch green chile on the pizza to give it that burst of heat and the pepperoni and cheese are so fresh....very well done. I will order this again!”

“It took over 3 days to arrive (not shipped express). The pizzas were thawed out and starting to stink. I was told that the only option was to pay another $20 for express shipping. That would net out to just about $14 for each 10" pizza. No thanks!”

Hi David, I am sorry for the confusion here. We guarantee all frozen shipments no matter the shipping speed. We do our best to make sure every order gets to our customer in perfect frozen condition, but sometimes the package defrosts in transit; the carrier may have mishandled your order. We would be happy to set up a reshipment for you. Reshipping defrosted shipments is our standard procedure for situations like this. We look forward to hearing from you.
