“The green chile is delicious, as always! It arrived carefully packed and still thoroughly frozen. My one minor complaint is that there was no "progress" update between my order and the shipping. It would have been nice to hear periodically, "We expect to ship in between 1 and 2 months", "we expect to ship in the next 3 weeks", or whatever. Beyond that, though, we're super happy with it! Green chile chicken enchiladas, here we come!”

“Oh my goodness I love these chilies. They come frozen in 1lb bags that we just stack in our freezer and when we need some chilies we cut off what we need, seal the bag and put back in the freezer. No need to defrost. These chilies taste wonderful and give us actual Hatch chili flavor which we love. I highly recommend this product in fact we have tried a lot of these products from Hatch Chili and they are all wonderful.”
