“LOVE Hatch Chile above all other. It just tastes better…period. I don’t make your traditional dishes. I boil rice, add chile (Hatch of course) and cheese - yum!!! I grab a tortilla, cover with cheese, add some Hatch Chile nook for a minute, roll and eat - yum!!!!”
