“Im originally from Española New Mexico. I ordered the Hatch New Mexico Red Chile powder Hot. I don't know what kinds of Chile powder y'all sent but it was not New Mexico Red. It wasn't spicy at all. I made gravy with it like I always do and it was horrible. It tasted like Chile lime powder from Hot Cheetos. Absolutely ruined Thanksgiving. I always make Red Chile Gravy and Green Chile Stew. Thank God I was able to get Green Chile in August at HEB and toast and freeze it. I can't even think of a use for what y'all sent me. Very disappointed”

“I ordered the red chili powder for my son and my grandson loved it.So for Christmas presents I ordered 2 more for my grandsons.They were so happy to see it in a box.The first thing they did when they got home they made some red chili stew .”

“I normally use New Mexico red chili powder fr chili beans, Bought a couple bottles of the hatch hot chili powder which has a better favor and heat which I prefer.”

“This mild Hatch Red Chile Powder is a sweet Red Chile that enhances any recipe that it is used in. This chile powder works really well in my Chile Con Carne recipe that has been handed down generationally in my family. My father used Hatch Red Chile Powder when he made it and now I use the same. This chile powder is sweet in taste and fresher than any other chili powders you can find at the grocery store.”
