“Best dried Red Chile powder I have used. No added salt or any anti caking powder that I can detect. I will be ordering more of this powder due to the quality and the purity. When you use much quantity of Chile powder in a recipe you quickly realize whether there are additives such as salt etc because the flavor is apparent. The store bought Chile powder from the spice aisle in the Grocery store aren't even close in taste or quality to Hatch Chile Store. Thank you for your dedication to Quality.”
