“I love the red chile rellenos !!! Pour some red chile sauce o them and cover then with shredded cheese and some mexican crema ...it doesn't get any better than this !!!”

“The red ones were good but some of them didn't have he red peppers..,.they had green peppers that were tough. The new shipment I was sent is going to be a day late just like the last one, both were sent overnight saver..why can't they get here in time ???????? 1ZB8B3690112405066 was suppose to be here today by noon 2/4/2026”

“Chile rellenos are a great addition to the menu. Homemade is difficult so these are second best. The quality varies which reminds you that they are handmade. Adding enchilada sauce and lettuce complete the meal. The rellenos from Fresh Chile Co are great.”

“Do not recommend, these are not fresh. The red and green chile rellenos are flash frozen and company policy allows shelf-life and sale of up to the 2 years. Received rellenos that were over 1.5 years old, and had freezer burn taste. Customer service was willing to replace the chile - but could not guarantee the replacement rellenos would not be over a year and half old or maybe older.”

“I was completely disappointed to find the ‘produced date’ on my rellenos to be 7/24!!!!! These rellenos had sat in a freezer for a year and a half already. I don’t know about you, but I would NEVER serve that old food with freezer crystals to any guests. These were for a Christmas Eve dinner. Needless to say the menu had to be completely changed. Come to find out they can sell for up to 2 YEARS old. Disgusting!!!!”
