“Our ristra arrived in fantastic condition--I think only 1 pepper had cracked and spliied its seeds in the box. Each pepper is a great shade of dark red, large, and tied very well. We just finished cooked the last bit of our last ristra, which hungs 2 years in the kitchen and made a lot of great enchilada and Chile Colardo sauce. I think this one will last as long! This is the best place to buy fresh and dried peppers.”
