“These Ristras looked beautiful in the photos on the Hatch webpage so I ordered 2 of them. That was on the 2nd of Nov and my card was billed on the next day…. Here it is almost a month later and the ristras I ordered still haven’t been shipped… I’m a bit upset as this is the first time since I placed my order that Hatch has tried to reach out to me… and with all things a survey on a product they still haven’t shipped to me!!!”

Hi Matthew, I am so sorry! It looks like a label was printed for your order on 11/4, but the package was not received by FedEx until the 29th. We must have misplaced the label.
