“We moved from Colorado to Peoria, Il 2 years ago. We were able to get Hatch Chilies' every year sold on street corners and we would spend several hours processing them. Illinois does not have the opportunity to get the chilies so we researched and found we could order them online. The order was easy to place, the chilies were already processed and packages for us as an option with our order. The quality of the chilies was great and I speak from experience as my family and I eat them at least once a week. The chilies compared to fresh chilies was I believe identical in taste and texture and the value was reasonable. We will be ordering more in the near future.
