“The chiles are great. They arrived still frozen hard and in perfect shape. I made a pork chile stew and the flavor was outstanding. These chiles taste as good or better than when I have roasted fresh chiles. Get some: you won't be sorry. Yum!”

“I sent the green chili to Atlanta to my daughters family (she grew up in New Mexico, her husband New York). I have sent many other green child over the years. Their comment keep sending this chile, it's the best we have had. Another daughters family on Scottsdale made the same comments.”
