“So happy to get some Hatch green chile here in Chicago. It was in the 90s the week I ordered, but it arrived still frozen & in perfect condition. They processed my order quickly too - which was great because I wanted to send some home with a friend visiting from England. I've already made enchiladas & huevos rancheros, and the green chile was delicious. My heart (stomach?) is so happy!”
